Cozy B&B, located in the hart of Rangeley Village. Four spacious rooms w/ private bath and wireless internet some with lake views. A 3 course homemade breakfast is served in our sunny dining room. Relax for awhile in the parlor or on our front porch which both have a spectacular view of Rangeley Lake and the mountains beyond. The B&B is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the town park. We have lake access to the areas snowmobile trails across the street. Rangeley Village is nestled in the western mountains of Maine, 12 miles from the Appalachian Trail. The B&B is within walking to distance to numerous shops and restaurants. Recreational activities include: trout and salmon fishing, fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, boating,tennis, basketball, golf, hiking, biking, picnicking, sight-seeing,wildlife and moose watching, fall foliage touring, hunting, cross-country or downhill skiing,snowboarding,dog sled racing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling (WE HAVE DIRECT LAKE ACCESS TO SNOWMOBILE TRAILS).

Non smoking B&B Children over 6 are welcome- No pets allowed. Cancellation Policy: We will be happy to cancel your reservations as long as we receive at least 14 days notice before your scheduled arrival. If your room is canceled with less than a 14 day notice your credit card will be charged unless we are able to re-rent your room. NO REFUNDS GIVEN WITH LESS THAN A 72 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. You are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates. Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
